Our discovery process includes interviews with all of the key people involved in fulfilling the company's delivery commitments whether technical or operational. We analyse the target company's ability to meet investor, market and internal expectations, and compile our findings into a an easily digestible designed to meet the needs of a busy investment committee.

The discovery and reporting process can generally be delivered over as little as a 2-week period from commencement, depending on the availability of key team members.

Recommendations and post-transaction support

Our reporting includes comprehensive recommendations for anticipating scaling issues, potential skills gaps and process improvements, and every project includes both a mid-point and post-reporting debrief with investors and, optionally, co-investors.

After transactions complete, we are also able to hold workshops with the target company to support their 100-day planning, and often serve as advisors to the board and management, from strategy bridging as the team grows, through to long-term product and customer success strategy taking targets to their next funding stage.
